We believe relationships are key to business development and performance. IFMA consists of Professional and Associate Members. Professional members are facility managers, built environment professionals and FM educators. Associate members are facility management consultants, vendors and other industry sales, support and service representatives.

Education

International Facility Management Association, the mother-ship, is a tremendous resource for individuals to develop his/her career in the industry. As a member, there are free knowledge based resources in the form of newsletters, live blogs, training seminars, etc. IFMA is the industry leader in education. With credentials such as the CFM, FMP, and SFP, you will be more valuable to your employer, clients, and the community. 

FM Solutions

Local Facility Managers meet  to discuss issues and solutions we've encountered. This meeting is closed to Associate members, in order to encourage focus on sharing experiences within our particular field. Contact ifmabatonrouge@gmail.com for info about this meeting. 

The Board 

IFMA Baton Rouge's board meets the 1st Tuesday of each month. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to attend. Our goal is to provide fresh ideas that help our members to succeed by ensuring a healthy, exciting environment that benefits Professional and Associate Members. Daina Nobles

​Daina Nobles is the Facility Manager at Pelican State Credit Union, where she manages multiple branches and their corporate office.  She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a B.A. in Business and a Minor in Management. Daina is passionate about her career and supporting her co-workers with their facility needs.  She has been a part of Pelican's management team that oversees construction and renovation projects.  Recently, she has been working on their new corporate office buildings and move management project.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and being outdoors.  Daina is married to Keith Nobles and is a mother of 3.

​​Sam Herpin is one of three owners of the firm, RHH Architects – established in 2006. The firm has won national, regional, state and local awards for all types of projects in mixed-use, multi-family, single family custom residential, educational, adaptive reuse, commercial, governmental and institutional. Sam leads all K-12 services to three local school districts in the Capital Area, as well as services for Louisiana State University, in addition to educational design services to other public school systems, private schools, and a national charter school corporation.

​Heather is an Human Resource Consultant for Guarantee Restoration Services, LLC as well as an Owner/Agent for Guarantee Investments, LLC.  A graduate from LSU with a BS in Marketing & Political Sciences, heather has over 15 years of human resource management working with her family’s business in the housing and construction industry.  Her focus of service to Baton Rouge is evident from her many board positions. Heather serves as Chairperson of the Kiwanis Club Christmas Parade, SHRM Foundation Director for the Greater Baton Rouge Society of Human Resource Management, has served as President of Cortana Kiwanis Club, served in numerous positions with The Junior League of Baton Rouge and is a past board member of The Iris Domestic Violence Center. She is married to Kevin Givens and enjoys time with her family and time on the beach.



​​DeLisa is the President of Arnold & Associates Interiors Inc. For thirty years she has worked with Architects, Designers, and Facility Managers to create interiors that are efficient, functional, and responsive to both the client’s needs and the architecture of the facility. DeLisa graduated from LSU with a degree in Interior Designer and continuously works to learn more about her profession and ways to improve her knowledge. As long time board member of IFMA she has worked to provide educational experiences for our membership. She works every day to make our members aware of community issues that impact their companies and encourage relationships that help build our network to improve our profession. DeLisa is always looking for input to improve programs and would love for help for any and all to make our educational experiences better!

Matthew Edward

​Matthew is the Director of Business Development at Guarantee Restoration Services.  He is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Political Science. Matthew has been building relationships for political candidates, organizations and in the financial services sector. He joined Guarantee in 2012 and has reach the company’s 10 year sales goal in 4 years. Matthew has been building relationships for political candidates, organizations and in the financial services sector. He joined Guarantee in 2012 and has reached the company’s 10 year sales goals in 4 years. Matthew is the Chair of Kohlmeyer Krewe for LSU MOA’s Young Professionals, LSU MOA’s Development Committee, 2017 Co-Chair of Fur Ball supporting CAA and serves on the Message to the Future Foundation board to engage students in the arts and land conservation.When not focused on the community or business; he enjoys wine and dinner at Digiulio Brother’s with friends.




​Martha is a Senior Project Architect at WHLC Architecture. She is a graduate of Millsaps College with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Martha is also a graduate of LSU with a Bachelor of Architecture. Martha has been a leader of IFMA since 2000, serves on the National Register Review Committee for Louisianana. Martha is married to Rene’ Salomon.
